PICEA ABIES MOTALA
Grower Notes:

Picea abies 'Motala' is commonly referred to as Motala Norway Spruce. This distinctive evergreen conifer features blunt-tipped, dark green needles that radiate out and downward on short, vertical branches. Small, glaucous striations on needle tops complement the color giving it a handsome silver-blue cast. It has a dwarf, flattened globe-shaped habit, growing just four feet tall with a five foot spread.

Motala Norway Spruce is easy to grow and is resistant to verticillium wilt. It thrives in full sun in average, evenly moist, well-drained soils.
